OG7GES: Building Stronger Futures with First Nation Communities

At OG7GES Indigenous Group of Companies, our mission goes far beyond delivering projects. Building with First Nation communities is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that meaningful partnerships, respect for Indigenous knowledge, and a commitment to reconciliation are essential to creating sustainable economic growth and long-term opportunities.

Guided by Indigenous leadership and backed by deep industry expertise, OG7GES is focused on building projects that strengthen communities while advancing responsible development across Canada’s critical infrastructure sectors.

Leadership Rooted in Experience and Indigenous Values

OG7GES is led by President Jesse St. Pierre (Mi-gi-sî-wi Was-ko Na-bew – Eagle Cloud Man), whose leadership reflects both strong industry experience and a deep connection to Indigenous values and community engagement.

Working alongside him is Co-Founder Sébastien Garneau, bringing decades of experience in engineering, procurement, and project execution across complex industrial environments.

Supporting this leadership team is Strategic Indigenous Advisor Tracy Primeau, a proud member of the Nipissing First Nation and a respected leader in Indigenous engagement within the energy sector. Tracy’s experience includes being a founding member of the Ontario Hydro Native Circle in 1992 and serving as the first Chair of the Bruce Power Native Circle, a role she held for many years. Her leadership has helped shape how Indigenous communities collaborate with major energy and infrastructure organizations.

Together, this leadership team combines decades of technical expertise with a shared commitment to Indigenous partnership, economic reconciliation, and responsible development.

Strengthening Partnerships in the Nuclear Industry

OG7GES is actively working to expand Indigenous participation in Canada’s nuclear and energy sectors through strategic engagement with Indigenous businesses and the development of Reconciliation Action Plans within the nuclear industry.

Tracy Primeau’s guidance ensures that Indigenous perspectives are represented at decision-making tables where they are most needed. Her knowledge and experience help ensure that reconciliation is not simply discussed, but actively implemented through meaningful actions and long-term partnerships.

OG7GES recognizes that reconciliation is an ongoing process of learning, collaboration, and accountability. With Tracy’s leadership, the organization is working to become a trusted leader in Indigenous engagement within the nuclear and energy sectors.

Jesse St. Pierre will lead this initiative as the project partner, helping drive collaboration between industry leaders, Indigenous communities, and emerging Indigenous businesses.
